These courses were redesigned to incorporate active learning, with a primary focus on group work for the first time. A Facilitator System (hereafter referred to as FA) was also introduced, in which facilitators assist teachers with managing class operations.\n Although the educational effectiveness of active learning has long been highly regarded, the personal growth of FAs and the enhancement of the school spirit through FA activities have often been overlooked.
