| 内容記述 | 令和６年度の法学部フェロー制度は、授業外での個別学修支援を担う専門型TA制度として、学生の自律的学びを支えてきた。今年度も、コロナ禍に導入されたオンライン面談やフェロー講座を引き続き継続・発展させることで、学修支援とアカデミックスキル育成の両立をはかった。本稿では、フェロー制度の概要と運用体制を簡単に紹介したのち、利用実績表および利用者アンケートの結果をもとに成果と課題について検討した。令和６年度はフェローの授業内紹介や課題提出前のフェロー指導の推奨など、授業との連携を強化し、総来談997件・利用者1,026人と過去最多を記録した。また、全12回開催されたフェロー講座（参加者181名）は、答案作成や論述構成などの実践的内容で高く評価され、学生の学びを促す契機ともなった。今後は予約システムの改善、初年次支援の拡充、フェロー講座の体系化を進めつつ、教員・フェロー・学生が協力して学びを深める仕組みを一層充実させることが求められる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In the 2024 academic year, the Faculty of Law at Kokugakuin University continued to operate the Fellow System, a specialized teaching assistant program providing individualized academic support outside regular classes. The system was originally introduced to encourage students’ autonomous learning. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been further developed through the introduction of online consultations and Fellow Lectures, both of which have now become regular components of this program. This report outlines the framework and operation of the system and analyzes its outcomes based on usage data and student surveys. In 2024, closer coordination with regular classes—such as in-class introductions of fellows and encouragement of pre-assignment consultations—resulted in a record of 997 consultations and 1,026 users. Twelve Fellow Lectures were also held, attracting 181 participants, and were highly valued for their practical focus on legal writing and reasoning. Future challenges include improving the reservation system, expanding support for first-year students, and further structuring the Fellow Lectures to enhance collaborative learning among faculty members, fellows, and students. |
