| 内容記述 | 法学部では、令和6年度（2024年度）より、教育開発推進機構事務課・教育開発センターの支援のもと、法学部におけるFD活動の一環として、法学検定試験を活用することとした。 法学検定試験は、①法学に関する学力を客観的に評価することのできる日本唯一の全国規模の検定試験である点、②基礎・中級・上級という3つのレベルに分かれて実施されている点、③公式テキストとの連動性がある点、などにその特長がある。そのため、法学検定試験の受験者の成績データは、学生の法学学習の成果を客観的に把握・計測することを容易ないし可能にし、これらのことは授業の内容・方法の検討・開発やカリキュラムの検討・改善などに寄与するものと考えられる。 本事業は、令和6年度（2024年度）に始まったところであり、上記のねらいを全うできるよう、今後も継続して取り組んでいくとともに、想定されている諸課題の解消も図っていく所存である。 |

| 内容記述 | In 2024, the Faculty of Law, with the support of the Institute for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning, decided to utilize the Law Proficiency Test as part of its faculty development activities. The Law Proficiency Test has the following features: 1) It is the nationwide test that can objectively evaluate academic ability in law. 2) It is divided into three levels: basic, standard and advanced. 3) It is linked to official textbooks. The performance data of the Law Proficiency Test makes it easy or even possible to objectively grasp students' learning outcomes, which is thought to contribute to the review and improvement of class content, methods and curricula. This project just started in 2024, and we intend to continue working on the project in the future. |
