| 内容記述 | 経済学部では、平成27年度に初年次科目である「基礎演習A」（１年前期 必修）と「基礎演習B」（１ 年後期 履修登録必須・クラス指定科目）授業形態・内容を大幅に改め、初めてグループワーク形式を 中心とするアクティブラーニングを取り入れた科目としてリニューアルし、教員とともに授業運営をサ ポートするファシリテーター制度（以下FA）を導入した。 従来からアクティブラーニングの教育効果は高く評価認識されてきたものの、FA 活動を通じてFA 自身の成長や愛校心の高まりなどは等簡に付されてきた。本リポートのベースとなった「FA 活動による経験・成長に関する調査（2024年）」は、アクティブラーニングの潜在的な機能を明らかにし、アクティブラーニングのさらなる進化に貢献できるものと考える。 |

| 内容記述 | In the Faculty of Economics, the first-year courses 'Basic Seminar A' (mandatory in the first semester) and ' Basic Seminar B ' (registration-required, designated course for the second semester) were significantly revised in the 2015 academic year. These courses were redesigned to incorporate active learning, with a primary focus on group work for the first time. A Facilitator System (hereafter referred to as FA) was also introduced, in which facilitators assist teachers with managing class operations. Although the educational effectiveness of active learning has long been highly regarded, the personal growth of FAs and the enhancement of the school spirit through FA activities have often been overlooked. 'Survey on Experiences and Growth through FA Activities (2024)', which forms the basis of this report, aims to highlight the potential of active learning and contribute to its further development. |
